CODE OF CONDUCT SURVEY
The purpose of this survey is to assist the District in assessing the effectiveness of the Franklin Township Public School District Student Code of Conduct Manual Survey in conveying the student conduct expectations and consequences for inappropriate behavior to all segments of the education community.
This anonymous survey is intended for students in Grades 5 through 12, district employees, and parents and community members.
