• Flyer Distribution Procedures

    From time to time, organizations request that their flyers be distributed to the students of Franklin Township Public Schools.   As a community service, FTPS will post not-for-profit organizations and events happening throughout Franklin Township and the surrounding areas.  FTPS neither endorses nor sponsors the organization or activity represented in this material. FTPS is not responsible for the content or accuracy of these events and programs.  Please refer to Policy 9700 Special Interest Groups for additional information. 

    To have your flyer posted on the website, please send an email, attaching your flyer (.pdf version), to Nancy DeVoe at ndevoe@franklinboe.org  .  Be sure to include the grade levels to which you would like permission to distribute the flyer.  Once approved, you will receive an email stating approval of your flyer with further instructions on how the flyer may be distributed to student families in our schools.  The flyer will then be posted on the district website under the Community / Township Happenings / Upcoming Events tab.   Please check regularly for updates.
