• Grading Policy
     
    Students are graded in the following areas:
     
    Wellness: Understands health promotion concepts and skills.
     
    Integrated Skills: Develops personal and interpersonal skills. 
     
    Motor Skill Development: Utilizes safe, efficient and effective movement. 
     
    Fitness: Applies health related and skill related fitness concepts and skills. 
     
     
    Student progress in each area will be indicated on the report card each marking period using the following
     
    Progress Indicators: 
     
     E         Consistently exceeds grade level standards with independence
     
    MI        Consistently meets grade level standards with independence
     
    MG       Meets grade level standards with occasional prompting and guidance
     
    P          Progressing toward grade level standards with direct and frequent support
     
    N           Not meeting grade level standards even with modifications and direct support
