Positivity is the key element to my teaching philosophy. I follow a student-centered, multi-sensory approach. I feel students learn best when the learning is intrinsically motivated. My classroom is filled with a lot of praise and reinforcement to help and encourage my students to learn both academic and life skills and I drive my students to be as independent as possible in all facets.
