    District MacBook Exchange Information and Exchange Schedule
    The district’s Technology and Instructional Technology Departments have created additional voluntary opportunities in September that you may be able to access.

    District Technology Refresh Project – Update #1

    We are in the process of implementing a full district instructional technology device refresh. 

    The device refresh will consist of the following:

    • New 13 inch MacBook Air Laptops for administrative and teaching staff.
    • New Dell Chromebook  11  - 3180 for students
    • New FHS, FMS and SGS Technology Labs
    • New 11 inch MacBook Air Carts for FHS Specialized Math and Art programs
    • New Media Center Circulation Desktops

    All staff will be able to keep their assigned Macbook Air Laptop for the summer.

    Staff will be required to turn in their device to receive a new device in early September 2018.  Additional information will be delivered email, Tuesday Tech Tips, and the Instructional Technology Website.

    Update #2 - Backing up your MacBook

    It is very important that you backup your MacBook before the end of the school year. During the MacBook exchange, your files will not be transferred from your old MacBook to your new MacBook.
