• Meal Distribution For the Beginning of the 20-21 School Year - October Schedule

    The Franklin Township Public School District will begin the 2020-2021 School Year in a Full Remote Program.

    Since there will be no in-person instruction, we will serve meals to those eligible in bulk, as multiple-day “Breakfast/Lunch Go Packs” as we did last year. Distribution will be once a week.  Students who qualify will have the ability to visit one of the four schools listed below every Friday in October, 2020    

    Please visit the following schools to pick up “grab and go” breakfasts and lunches for the week.  These bagged meals can be picked up between the hours of 9:30 am – Noon at the Elizabeth Avenue School, 363 Elizabeth Avenue.; Hillcrest School, 500 Franklin Boulevard; Pine Grove Manor School, 130 Highland Avenue. and the Hamilton Street Campus of Franklin Middle School, 415 Francis Street.

    For those who find it difficult to visit a distribution site, we will also be distributing the Breakfast/Lunch Go Packs at 31 bus stops located throughout the district once a week.  This additional distribution will also occur on every Friday in October.    

    The buses should arrive at the bus stop between 9:15 and 10:30 am.  We would recommend that you arrive at the bus stop at 9 am on September 11, 2020 to ensure that you are present when the bus arrives.  Once the routes are established, the buses should continue to arrive at a given stop within 10 -15 minutes of their typical arrival time.
