Welcome to Mrs. Robinson-Quirke's Teacher Page!
This year, first grade students will learn and practice NJCCS that are specific to first grade content areas
Students should read independently at home regularly and record their reading onto their Reading Logs.
Reading times can vary during the year and depending on reading level, but each student should be reading at their independent reading level for at least 10 minutes each day at home.
Math skills can be reinforced by doing homework regularly, playing math games, board games, and card games in order to practice math skills and improve number sense.
Parent support is greatly appreciated in all areas - we appreciate your partnership and look forward to working together for your child's success!
Please make sure you check child's homework folder daily for importance notices, events, and homework. Hillcrest hosts several fun Family Nights and activities throughout the year that you won't want to miss!
