UPDATE MAY 22, 2017: ON MAY 16, 2017 SUPERINTENDENT RAVALLY SHARED A PRESENTATION ON THE PROPOSED ATTENDANCE ZONES FOR THE ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVELS. IF APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, THESE ATTENDANCE ZONES WILL BE COME EFFECTIVE IN SEPTEMBER OF 2018. THE PRESENTATION AND DETAIL MAPS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO YOUR LEFT.

One Less Move Referendum Plan.
A plan that will build a new elementary school on Claremont Road; allow our fifth grade students to remain in an elementary setting; provide for one Middle School for grades 6, 7 and 8 on two campuses (currently Franklin Middle School and Sampson G. Smith School) and provide facility repairs and upgrades which will improve security and energy efficiency

The Board of Education has appointed Mr. William Grippo, Principal of MacAfee Road School, as Referendum Transition Coordinator. He, along with Superintendent Dr. John Ravally, are putting together a team to bring updated news to the greater Franklin Community.
