Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB)

  • As it has been for the last few years, this web page is the place where you can obtain information on issues related to school safety including links to pertinent Franklin Township Board of Education Policies and the Student Code of Conduct.

    This web page will also be used to provide information on the District's Policy and Procedures regarding Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying.  As you may know, there were significant changes in the state law and District Policy in the area of Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying.  These changes include reporting requirements, duties for certain staff members and the necessity for training staff, volunteers and students. 
    A list of the contact information for the District Anti Bullying Coordinator and the School Level Anti Bullying Specialists is provided.  To report an incident of Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying, you may print the forms found to the left of this page and submit them to the school or click here to report an incident on-line.  This report may be anonymous.
    Every year the district schedules activities for the Week of Respect; School Violence Awareness Week and Red Ribbon Week.
