HIB Grades as Issued by the Department of Education for 2024-2025 School Year
April 17, 2026: In compliance with the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights law, the NJ Department of Education has issued the "NJ Department of Education School Self-Assessment for Determining Grades under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights - Report 2024-2025 for Hamilton Street Campus of Franklin Middle School. " These grades are expected to be acknowledged by the Franklin Township Board of Education at their meeting on April 28, 2026.
Each school grade is based upon several areas which are: HIB Programs, Approaches and Other Initiatives; Training on the Board-Approved HIB Policy ad Procedures; Other Staff Instruction and Training Programs; Curriculum and Instruction on HIB Related Information and Skills; HIB Personnel; School-Level HIB Incident Reporting Procedure; HIB Investigative Procedure; and HIB Reporting.
The maximum total score for each school is 78 points. HSC earned a score of 78 points.
