  • Students arriving late to school will be required to remain for the full instructional day in order to maintain eligibility to attend.

  • Students are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior throughout the school day and during the event.

  • All students must be picked up promptly from The Imperia by 10:00 PM.

Arrival Procedures

To assist with traffic flow and ensure the safety of all students and families, please follow the designated arrival route:

  • Travel on Cedar Grove Lane.

  • Turn right onto Easton Avenue.

  • Turn right into The Imperia and follow the designated traffic pattern.

Our FMS Safety Team and the Franklin Township Police Department will be onsite to assist with traffic and direct vehicles safely.

Please note that vehicles will not be permitted to make a left turn into The Imperia from Easton Avenue.

We are excited to celebrate this special milestone with our students and families. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone, we ask that all families carefully follow the arrival and dismissal procedures outlined above. The traffic plan has been developed in partnership with The Imperia, our FMS Safety Team, and the Franklin Township Police Department to promote the safety of our students, families, and staff. Your cooperation and patience are greatly appreciated and will help the evening run smoothly for all attendees.

Because this is a popular venue and we anticipate significant traffic, we encourage families to build additional travel time into their plans, even though the venue is local. For safety and efficiency, parents and guardians should remain in their vehicles during student drop-off and pick-up. We thank you in advance for your patience, flexibility, and support.

Families are encouraged to take photos at home before the event. In addition, courtesy of Franklin High School's WANT-TV program, a photo gallery and/or event link will be shared following the formal.
