NJ DOE Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying Grade Report

Under New Jersey’s Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (ABR), all public schools complete an annual self-assessment to measure their efforts in preventing, identifying, and responding to harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB).

  • Investigation Protocols: Timely, thorough reviews of reported incidents.

  • Data Reporting: Required reporting to local and state boards.
