Franklin Township School District Superintendent Search: Your Voice Matters

The Franklin Township Board of Education is beginning the search for the district’s next Superintendent of Schools. In partnership with Strategic Exemplary Alliance (SEA), the Board is committed to a transparent and inclusive process that ensures every stakeholder has a voice.

Our search consultants will conduct focus groups and meetings with parents, staff, administrators, board members, community organizations, and other stakeholders. An electronic survey will also be distributed to gather input from the broader Franklin Township community. Your feedback will help create a leadership profile that reflects the values, priorities, and aspirations of our schools and the characteristics desired in the next superintendent of schools.

Regular updates on the search process will be provided through district communications. The Board will use community input to guide the selection of a superintendent who will continue Franklin Township’s tradition of excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts, while fostering the success and well-being of every learner.

We encourage all community members to participate in the public forum, either in person or virtually or submit your thoughts via our survey.
