InvestWrite is the culminating written challenge of the SIFMA Foundation’s Stock Market Game, a curriculum-based simulation in which students learn saving and investing fundamentals and manage a hypothetical $100,000 portfolio of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and cash on a real-world online trading platform. A huge thank you to senior Cara Merris for creating a beautiful ceramic plate to commemorate the placement of the time capsule celebrating FHS’s 20th anniversary. It’s especially meaningful to have a connection across the years, with Cara carrying on the legacy of alumni like Dean Jason Yanchuck from the Class of 2006. A full-circle moment!
